What are the payment options?

Payments via major credit cards are accepted through our secure payment gateway. Other payment modes available are as follows:

  • Atome - Buy Now Pay Later service, where payments are split into 3 monthly instalments

  • PayNow and PayLah! (For customers located in Singapore who has activated this service and wish to pay through this mode, please contact us at sales@glojewellers.com or +65 8826 3866)

  • Paypal

What is your return policy?

  • For bespoke jewellery, all items sold are not refundable.

  • As for ready-to-wear jewellery and gemstones purchased from our store, we offer store credits/ exchange. Prior to us confirming the refund/ exchange, the item will be assessed for damage. Please contact us at sales@glojewellers.com or +65 8826 3866 within 7 days from the date item is received. 

How to measure my ring size?

Below are some solutions that we offer:

  1. Request for a free ring sizer to be delivered to your address. Delivery may take approximately 7 - 14 days depending on the location. 

  2. Print the ring sizer card available at this link, and follow the instructions within.

What to take note of when measuring my ring size?

We recommend to:

  1. Measure your finger, using the free ring sizer provided by us, during different times of the day. This will help obtain a comfortable average size that allows for expansion and shrinkage of the finger throughout the day.

  2. When using the free ring sizer, do ensure that you are able to put on and remove it comfortably, without it being too loose. 

  3. For rings with wider band surface, please select the ring size that is one size larger than your standard ring size.

Is glo a regulated dealer in Singapore? 

We are a registered dealer in Singapore governed under the Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Act 2019.

How will my items be delivered?

For Singapore delivery addresses, your items will be delivered within 5 business days, either personally by a member of glo or a trusted delivery service provider. Customers will be required to indicate their preferred delivery day and time upon checkout. Tracking and delivery updates will be provided on a timely basis.  For deliveries outside of Singapore, items are shipped with reputable international delivery service provider where tracking numbers will be provided.

Is there insurance coverage for my items?

Items for overseas shipping will include insurance coverage, where it covers up to the declared value of the item being shipped. 

What does the bespoke service entails?

Kickstart the bespoke journey by hitting the button below and share the vision you have in mind with us. We endeavor to curate the perfect stone that meets what your heart desire. Each customised handmade piece will take approximately 4 - 6 weeks to be completed.

Are the gemstones or jewellery appraised?

Our ready-to-wear jewellery are all appraised by a reputable, independent laboratory in Singapore. Similarly for our gemstones, they are either appraised in Singapore or by an International gem testing laboratory.
